CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
All classes are suitable for all fitness levels 

ZUMBA PLUS   A 60 minutes of Latin/Caribbean influenced dance style class that combines high energy moves and dance combinations that are designed to make your workout fun and make you feel great followed 15-20 minutes of additional stretch, sculpt or core work.
HOT HULA fitness® is a fun, new and exciting Polynesian dance workout. It provides a “total body workout” in just 60 minutes. HOT HULA fitness® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. 
 
BODY FlOW FUSION    A mind-body Yoga fusion that includes Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates to improve your strength, balance , flexibility and overall wellness.
BODY PUMP    A 45-60 minutes total body dumbbell sculpting class.
BARRE FIT A  low-impact, full-body workout that combines ballet-based movements, weight conditioning, core-focused exercises, and stretching.
CARDIO KICKOXING is a combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, and lots of fun combinations all perfectly in tune to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength & endurance training.
